I was very impressed with Dr. Richards who came into our first appointment very familiar with my medical history, including recent bloodwork. We seemed concerned and analytical, but without being at all off-putting. I anticipate excellent care from him in the future.
He is very caring, funny, and kind. Always there for his patients. And he helps you reach your goal weather it is dialysis or getting a kidney kidney transplant
Dr. Richards is a young, bright and passionate nephrologist. He explains at length the treatment plan in a comprehensive manner and he thinks outside the box. He is compassionate and patient. I’ve been in the medical field for 30 years. He takes care of my husband and we both feel extremely lucky we found him.
I call doctors like this 15 minute doctors, one foot out the door so to speak. On my 2nd visit, seems like I prescribed my own treatment, my suggestions were met with a “Not a bad idea.” On visit one I had a urine test with normal results. I had to ask for a repeat on my second visit since I was there. So now, a month later, I have yet to get my results from nurse Denise. Time for another doctor.
Dr Mark Richards is an excellent nephrologist who I saw as a patient for over 5 years. When my health took a turn for the worst, I made a horrible decision switch doctors to a doctor whose office was closer to my house instead of 30 minutes away.. This is one of the bigger mistakes that I've made in my life. Now that I know this, I am switching back to Dr Richards. Although I've given Dr Richard's a 5 Star review, in reality he deserves a 10 star review Alan Kanter aka Salvador Stealth
