I appreciate Marc Purdy for his attention to comfort and a painfree experience. He has gone out of the way to make me happy when a set of partials were unsatisfactory, not due to him, but due to my own discomfort with the properly built partial. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. Jamie is a good example of this.
My opinion: Very much a scam. Does not take insurance. Recommends fillings where you do not need them. Does a very poor job of putting in the unnecessary fillings that your insurance will not pay for, and will mess up your teeth so you never forget your poor decision of going to this dentist.
Iv'e recently found a hidden treasure in Ithaca! Dr. Marc Purdy and his entire super friendly staff! Such a kind, highly skilled dentist, and his wonderful staff make going to the dentist something I actually look forward to! Denese Soule
My family and I have been going to Dr. Marc for over 20 years. I don't know how he does it . . . he doesn't look old enough for that to be the case, but it's true. I've been visiting Dr. Marc's office since I moved to the area in 2017, and have been impressed with the quality of care since day one. Dr. Marc's approach to dental care is cutting-edge, constantly staying up-to-date on the science and techniques that create better outcomes for patients.
