First time buying a home and this office made sure to make home insurance the most difficult process they possibly could. Every time I called they said it would be resolved and it just got worse and worse. I transferred to a different State Farm office and everything was fixed within 24 hours. Doug should not work in this industry. He never knows what’s going on and is a constant state of confusion on the phone. He is a nice guy, but this is the wrong field. If Doug picks up the phone when you call Goodluck.
