Always pleasant to deal with anyone in this office. Doug was courteous and personable. He quickly and efficiently transferred existing policy to my new vehicle. He even called me the afternoon before, a few minutes before he was getting ready to leave, to see if I had the information he needed from the dealership. Thank you again, Doug!

First time buying a home and this office made sure to make home insurance the most difficult process they possibly could. Every time I called they said it would be resolved and it just got worse and worse. I transferred to a different State Farm office and everything was fixed within 24 hours. Doug should not work in this industry. He never knows what’s going on and is a constant state of confusion on the phone. He is a nice guy, but this is the wrong field. If Doug picks up the phone when you call Goodluck.

We had no idea what we were doing and Doug was extremely patient with us, despite many questions and changes to the policy. He even finished papers for us when he should have been on his way home for a long weekend! If you're a first time home buyer start here. You will not be disappointed.
