I've been a client of Marc Plamondon’s State Farm agency in Nashua for over 20 years and they’ve always provided excellent service but what Doug did recently took it to another level. My mother had canceled her Hartford insurance a few months ago. When she tried to reinstate it after buying a new car Hartford flat out refused something that’s not even legal in New Hampshire. Just recently wanted to switch our auto policy back to State Farm from another carrier so that we could get the home/auto policies discount. Doug Zinkevicz did a great job responding to my email request, getting me a current auto policy quote and showing what would be saved on home owners with the discount plan. Had gotten a new vehicle and needed a binder for the for the lender. Douglas was amazing to work with.Doug has a great attitude very easy to work with.I have been with Marc Plamondon for 6 yrs and wouldn't change a thing Can't forget about Marc he a great person as well.
I seldom give 5 star reviews, but in Doug's case I will make an exception. Doug was very responsive when I decided to move from my current car insurance company of 20+ years. He provided a competitive quote, less than my current plan, in a timely manner that included rideshare coverage which was not availble in my previous plan. I highly recommend Doug for your insurance needs.
Through 2 phone calls, Doug was extremely patient with my numerous questions, including repeated questions. Doug was knowledgeable and very prompt w/ his follow-up. Look forward to dealing w/ him in the future
