Marc was great! He had my buyer preapproved before she and I met, and I was very pleased with Marc's level of professionalism. He returned texts, emails, and phone calls promptly (and outside of normal business hours when we had something time sensitive to address) and was able to make my client's offer competitive by offering a quick close.
