It's impossible to communicate with front desk ! I dealt with two persons and both are very unpaitien, they interrupt constantly, they don't let speak nor ask questions, they talk at the same time as you do ,cutting you in the middle of the sentence, so rude ! Low! Unprofessional! Probably to make a call to Buckingham palace would be easier , would be less arrogance and ignoring your needs!! I recommend to look for more professional office!
