It has been 5 years since remodelling Sarasota (Marc Niski) did our renovation. I need more than 2 hands to list the things that were done badly. We have been dealing with issues related to his shoddy work since then. Right now we have a septic tank issue due to badly plumbed air conditioning and septic water backing up into the unit! Almost $13000 worth of fix. Before he'd even left the site we had 2 ling cracks in tge tile in the outside room, he said that that was normal for Spanish tile, as they are hand made. B.S..
