My customer service rep Israel was top of the list of any customer service rep I've come in contact with. When I had a question, he had the correct answer. He stayed on the phone with me making several calls until we made it to the best suited solution for me. He was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. He even sent me a follow up letter letting me know if I had any further questions or needed help for anything to call him and he is there for me.
