To lift or not to lift? Well you're not getting out of there without one wheter you want it not! I should have known from the phone conversation while booking the consult that they were selling me on a lift as they diagnosed me sight unseen over the phone that id more than likely need a lift. Check your receipts! Customer service is lacking for such a high end practice. The gal over charged me a few hundred dollars before my procedure. I called the day later (in October) they acknowledged the mistake and apologized. It’s now January, I have followed up six times (email and call) and they keep saying they are sending the check and don’t. My implants look great but… still waiting for the money they over charged me.
I'm embarrassed how my breasts look now. It's only been four years, and $13,000 later which $4400 was for the pseudo lift they gave me on one breast. Someone has to pay for that new facility. When I called and left a message since I traveled from out of state for the procedure and I received my statement from CareCredit I wanted to know if the 4400 was per breast and if I had both of them done would it have been $8800 then? I called to set up a consultation with Dr. Malek and was informed to make a consultation appointment I must pay $250 upfront, before paying I informed the appointment coordinator that I am considered obese is this going to be a problem? She ask what my BMI is? I told her I don’t know off the top of my head but I am 5’7 and 270lbs she said it shouldn’t be a problem and the doctor will go over that with me in my consultation.
