Unprofessional staff. And Dr. Chaiken is very uncaring, nasty, abrupt, and rude.
I should have left this review 20 years ago, when it happened. You should heed the negative reviews. I had a LEEP procedure after an abnormal PAP. I believe he followed standard protocol (local anesthetic), but who knows. Maybe women feel pain differently? The procedure was excruciatingly painful. I mean, the kind of pain that makes you shake and unable to catch your breath. Granted, it only lasted about 5 minutes. But that kind of thing, you never forget. Now the kicker.
