While I can appreciate this is hospital week and you want to appreciate your employees, the loud music in the main lobby on Fannin entrance are too much and crowding and blocking the entire lobby might just be non compliant with ADA and fire code restrictions.This is a hospital not a bar! Coming everyday for the last six months.

My wife and I have been at Houston Methodist Hospital, Walter Tower since September 1st, 2023 and it's now October 18th, 2023. She's undergone 3 surgeries during this time. The first one was done on the 1st of September and the second one on the 2nd of September due to other things wrong they found during the first surgery. I absolutely hate Methodist. I used to work here. They have a terrible habit of informing you of your payment the day right before your appointment. In my case the day right before my procedure. They keep sending me to all these different doctors and no one helped me. I will never ever return to Methodist. It's just one after the other. I used to tell everyone to go to Methodist. Those days ate entirely over. They are absolutely horrible and don't care anything about their patients It's all about money.
