I’ve been a patient for 12 years and today was the last day. This morning, my appointment was at 10:45, they told me to come at 10:30. I arrived at 10:27. It was 11:30 on the dot and I still haven’t gone back to a room. Finally after an hour of waiting, I decide to ask what is going on. The front desk at 11:39 told me it would be at LEAST another half hour. They kept trying to hand me a paper about them transitioning to electronic (which I've seen before) and that is unfortunately not the issue considering this happens ever... read more
