I called the office for Dr. Meltzer around October, after having had my annual physical with him in February. The office informed me he was no longer with his practice, and did not retire and they were not permitted to say anything more. Since February 2024 I've received no official notice of Dr. Meltzer having left. Now, November 2024, I get an Optum message that it's time to schedule my physical with Dr. Meltzer. What's up with this?

I've been a patient at this practice since I was 20 and never had a problem. Now thirteen years later I ask them to see me because I fainted twice over the weekend and wanted to get a overall check up to find out the cause of this. They tell me to go to a hospital. Now why would I do that? Aren't you a doctors office? If I'm not in an immediate emergency why would I go there in this current environment of Covid-19. I will not be going back to this place.

Fantastic and helpful service! The staff was patient and answered all questions I had. They made the appointment expedient without making me feel rushed. I would absolutely recommend. Dr. Carl Ruoff was personable and professional. Excellent service.
