One of the most important qualities a dentist/doctor must have in my opinion is honesty. The worst is when you are told you need a procedure done and it isn't necessary. However, Dr.Novak is very honest and explained my different options to me. In addition, the 2 hour procedure I had done today was pretty painless. Highly recommend him!
