...and add an extra star for Marc's ability to control a situation. Marc was the light in the dark dreary storm of which I found myself in the middle. When I thought my options were limited and the chance of a positive resolution was impossible Marc managed to not only convince me there is hope, he made hope happen. I write this today as I pinch myself in disbelief that the resolution he promised came to fruition today. Marc stood behind me always confirming me we would prevail, which we have.
