No experience with the doctor I was excited to see based on prior reviews because despite both my primary insurance and Allied Physicians IPA of CA DBA listing him as accepting new patients as well as a prior phone call, unless you are Chinese, his office will refuse to see you. Complaints filled appropriately.

Dr Ma is a knowledgeable and humble Doctor. He is really patient and detailed. The office reception is really nice and helpful. They provided all the convenience. The clinical environment are clean, nice and cozy. They provide multilingual service.
Dr. Marc Ma has always been caring, knowledgeable, and attentive. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains things in a way that's easy to understand. The office staff is also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Marc Ma to anyone looking for a fantastic family doctor!
