Dr Herschfus and his staff have been great with communication and have such a warm, welcoming attitude. They definitely made me feel like I was in a safe environment and actively listened to me and answered my questions. Great team!
I have had a great experience with Dr Herschfus! He listened to all my concerns & took them seriously. He had me scheduled for testing right away, went over the results in depth, explained my treatment plan, and asked if I had any questions after each step. I’m glad to have found a doctor that seems to care about my health!
Dr. Herschfus is AMAZING and very thoughtful!! He listened to my health concerns and figured out exactly what's going on after a few tests. He also set me up with the specialists that I need to see. His assistant Katie and the office staff are always so sweet, kind and helpful. I'm so glad I found a good gastroenterologist downriver. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Dr. Herschfus and staff!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Bad experience !!!!! Will never go back.
It's a little ridiculous to have to wait 3 weeks or longer just to get lab results explained especially when it could possibly be life threatening. It only takes a few minutes out of the day to explain that, shouldn't need an appointment for that.
