This was my first visit with Dr. Guay. I did not feel rushed during my appointment. Dr. Guay listened to my concerns with care and understanding.
Dr GUAY is a very thorough doctor. Great personality you gotta love the guy he’s great. Also his staff is very good too. Trust me you will not be disappointed if you’re looking for a good doctor like I said he’s very thorough. Gary Box
Tried to schedule new patient appointment but could not even get passed the the scheduler who wanted all my information especially insurance, ok get that, but then proceeded in wanting my husband’s information, which was not relevant for me to make appointment. I’d heard good things about this doctor but first contact for scheduling made me change my mind about scheduling with this doctor. We can do better UH, we should do better!
I had a very substantial hearing loss and was referred to Dr. Guay by the urgent care. I got in on 11/4/2024. And was treated with respect by him and his office staff. I was prescribed medicine that helped to restore my hearing. Returned on t1/15 2024 feeling better. But I soon had a setback and was able to get an appointment quickly before Christmas. I am hopeful he will help me once again. I think he's a very good doctor.
