Terrible customer service and returns are difficult, if not impossible. I once had to place 3 orders to get one correct sized pair of shoes.
Meryl D'Orsay Pump Lovely shoe, mediocre customer service. I really wanted these shoes. My first order was the wrong size so I returned them and tried again. My second order was the correct size but arrived with a scuff so I also returned them and tried again. My third order turned out to be the same exact damaged pair that I returned. I'm baffled. How can the company re-send me the same shoes I marked as damaged on my return?
Called customer service to place a return (since their website portal is not working) I was on hold for 55 minutes, no one answer the phone. Is this a way to make a return impossible. Horrible! Will never order from their website again.
