Lower back pain. St. Margaret's ED is great. Wait time 15 minutes. Dr. Eubanks treated me with great respect, knew exactly what my problem is. Prescribed meds which alleviated 90% of issue. Now it's up to me to get PT. Thank you Dr. Marc!
Best doctor I've ever had. When I arrived after a car accident Dr. Eubanks treated me with incredible warmth and respect and really listened to me, helped reassure me during a scary experience, give this guy and the whole UPMC East staff a gold star for bedside manner and friendly care!
Mark Eubanks should be personally embarrassed about how he operates as Chief of Emergency Medicine in the ED at UPMC East. A $22m+ renovation was recently completed to the ed, and yet the entire department is understaffed, over worked, and patient care is suffering. Take one look at the Google reviews for UPMC emergency department, and it will become very clear very fast that the upmc organization is run by doctors and executives who consistently put profits over people.
