I went to Dr. Mann for years. He was great! He listens and helped me through a very difficult situation. He listens and will support you.
I switched to a doctor at another practice. Here’s why: (1) The waiting area is small: you have to sit in close proximity to other wheezing people. (2) The wait times are always too long, even if you’re on time. (3) You’re more likely to see a PA than your “primary” physician. (4) Dr. Mann is wonderful and knowledgeable, but you always have the feeling he’s watching the clock. (They schedule too many patients per hour.) I doubt he’s noticed I’ve been gone 3 years. A+ for expertise, F for caring.
