I contacted this company to do some work on my sprinkler system. They gave me an estimate for the cost so I scheduled them to come out for the repairs. They were supposed to be to my property at 2pm and the service guy showed up at 6pm. The first thing he said to me was I don't have time to do this without even looking at what he was there to repair. He said I would have to reschedule the service call on Monday. Previous work was well done. This year customer service is lacking and poor performance of work. Called twice and wrote once to discuss concerns. I was told both times I would be called by a supervisor. Service tech walked around aimlessly and left my home without fixing main issue.

RecommendedWe're late in getting our sprinklers winterized. In fact, the cap of one of the outdoor pipes burst - learned it's called a "pop it in a bonnet"! Called Marc Dutton irrigation yesterday and they were out today, fixed the cap and blew out the sprinklers. Great big shout out to Shawn! Thank you!
I called twice before being called back by the owner. Marc told me he would look at our project and get back to me with a quote. I called 4 times over the next two months and never received a call back. The office staff seems very nice, they took my name and number each time, they even seemed to be frustrated that I was not getting return calls. In the end we will find another company to work with.
Marc and his team are GREAT! They installed a residential system for us 2 years ago. We had an area go out and they were so very helpful to get us back up and watering in no time! Love those friendly family-like people. Awesome service and support!!!
