I have court today and contacted him yesterday. I told him of my emergency. He said call the office in the morning, which I did. No one answered and then I called back an hour later, and now the number is restricted, like seriously! I am so pissed and he lied!
No humanity in this guy at all, He agreed to a payment plan but forces you into a consent judgement. HE backed out of the payment arrangements even though i paid him monthly ontime as indicated on the notices from HIS office in the mail. He filed for garnishment after the last payment was made, gave a BS answer on the phone, and then did not answer the questions of why garnishment when i voluntarily paid him monthly. Never returns phone calls. The lady was disrespectful and rude answering the phone and was told that "the lawyers don't call back nor take calls"
How I been calling for an hour and they don’t have anyone available to answer the phone ???
