Dr. Di Lorenzo and staff are great. They are very caring and professional. I trust his judgment and decisions. .. His office staff goes above and beyond. If you do not understand office policy and procedures always ask they are always willing to explain. They are very good listeners.
Great sense of humor, yet to the point with you and gives great care. His staff is outstanding and very responsive.
I saw Dr.Lorenzo 4/5 times. He did a Lung Function test in his office, then ordered an OxImetry test, and a CPAP Tritiation Sleep Study which was unnecessary because I had had two previous Sleep Studies. He prescribed oxygen for me at night with my CPAP, but his nurse said I did not quality. Why write a prescription if I didn't need it? And if I did, why not fight to ensure I got the oxygen he said I needed? I feel he let me down, and now I have no confidence in him. Cost me my time and money!
