Dr Dean is the absolute worst ent in the DFW area. I recommend you or anyone you care about stay away from him and get another ent. Please do your research before you let him be your dr & don’t make the same mistakes my family did.
Giving them 2 stars. Did not even make it to surgery. They need to do better and dr dean needs to at least act like he cares what you say and explan everything way better. the staff need to keep the patient up to base on things way more let them know what emails they need to be looking out for. Every time I call the lady that's supposed to be calling me to explan things to me is on vacation. I'm not even sure if I really need this surgery there was not follow up visit after my first round of meds dean said take this we will ... read more

Think about how your life would be if words and sounds were garbled to the point you could no longer interact with your friends and family. That’s where I was at when I went to see Dr. Dean. I was quickly diagnoses and provided with a detailed explanation of my condition and his expectations of my recovery. The results were terrific! I can hear again and very well. LIFE CHANGING!
