When I call the line rings and rings and then the call drops. When they do call you, they have a conversation with someone else in the background and then the call drops or they hang up since they realized they forgot about you. I trusted the 5 star reviews but maybe something has changed. They could be understaffed, underpaid, overworked. (Trust me, I’ve been there.) Hopefully they’re working on fixing whatever internal issues they have. In the meantime, find another provider to handle your concerns.
If you are looking for a Doctor who cares and a staff who cares DON'T go here. I thought there was something wrong with my phone so I had others call for me same thing it will ring several times and then hang up!!! Not only that good luck if you need a prescription or your insurance company. He might be a good Doctor I don't know as there has been NO follow up. I need a Doctor who cares and a staff who cares. I wound not recommend these people as they do not have time for you nor do they care. No stars if possible
Best office ever! I have never felt like they are in a hurry. Surgery experience was great! Laura is the absolute best nurse! I have not felt this good in years! I no longer need to constantly have a Kleenex in my had! Dr Dean will sit and listen to your concerns, and answer all your questions. I cannot say enough good things about this office.
It has been an hour and a half since my appointment time and I still have not seen the doctor.
Everyone was very kind and the clinical did an exceptional job explaining what was happening.
