Dr. Winkleman is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time to listen and explain things. I have never had a doctor that comes out to the waiting room to get you. And walks me to the exit. This makes me feel important and not just a number.
I live in Parma & went 2 Beachwood location, which I don't mind. My appointment was almost one hour B4 I arrived. My bad, looked @ wrong time...I was late!!! I thought for sure I truly messed up & would have 2 re-schedule, but they took me in, regardless of the time. Not many doctors or receptionists would do this. I was lucky & am grateful to the whole staff.....MUCHOS GRACIAS
Dr was able to diagnose my issue in first visit.....Cluster Headaches
