Dr McCleary is very personable and helpful. Never had any trouble. Even continue to see him after the office moved from Breese (my hometown) to O'Fallon.
Great Doctor I go there, within 5 minutes I'm called back, probably 2 minutes later Dr. McCleary walks in, ask questions, listens to you (important to me) and talks to you like a person. My wife and I are very happy with him.
Dr. sent my Mom to ER due to broken back. The hospital did a Bone Scan Monday after consulting with Dr McCleary. Hospital said Dr will have results in a few hours. They were worried about permanent paralysis. Thursday afternoon and still no results. Mom had to call nurse. She said why have i not heard anything. Nurse said " well i am telling you now". 4 days later. Unacceptable Medical Care.
Dr. McCleary is very attentive and listens to his patients. I've never had a long wait time either in the waiting room or the exam room. I'd happily recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a highly qualified physician. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well.
