I feel compelled to write this review after my recent experience at LAZ Parking BWI/ MARC garage. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from satisfactory. The both attendant and the operational manager were both unprofessional and defensive when I approached them about damage to my car that occurred while parked in the garage.
