UT Healths the MARC is an outstanding one stop shop. I woukd highly recommend switching your PCP to this location. My chart makes it so easy for referrals, all the doctors here have access to all your records and RX. 8 floors of service from Labs, PCP, PT,X-rays and MRIs, nuerologist, psychiatry, and orthopedics to name a few.
I frequently visit the MARC for a variety of appointments and never had an issue in all the years I've dropped in. There always has been plenty of parking in the garage, the facility itself is clean and bright. There are plenty of elevators of which the wait isn't long. Plenty of seating in the suites of medical offices. I haven't experienced any negative service and the staff I've interacted with are friendly. Easy parking, got X-ray in 15 minutes. Great service.
I was treated awful. I was going in for a pet scan and they wanted a payment of $1280 all at once . I could only pay $100 which I’ve done before and made payments. While waiting for the ok they where making fun of me cause I couldn’t afford to pay the full amount. I was embarrassed they even assumed I couldn’t speak English . I am never coming here again
