Didn’t shorten my chain I purchased and she gave her word that she will. Work schedule tight. Showed up a month later and she look me straight in the face and denied. I spent over $1000 with them but them days are over. Bad representation for the business
Poor quality so I attempted to return as my wife did not like it. I was told by salesperson I could return no problem if she did not like it.The store refused to take it back saying I could only exchange. Do not shop there they take advantage of people who work hard for their money!
I was recently gifted a beautiful diamond bracelet from this jewelry shop, but my experience with customer service was disappointing. My boyfriend gifted it to me for Christmas, and while I loved the piece, it was unfortunately too big. When we brought it back to have some links removed, I was surprised to learn that they would charge us for the resizing.
