The doctor wouldn't even see my handicapped mother because his wheelchair lift was broken, and he wouldn't let us carry Mom down the two steps (which I have done thousands of times) because he was concerned about liability. I have already filed a Civil Rights violation. I am not above ruining this man's livelihood over his disdainful treatment of an elderly handicapped woman.
I used to see Dr. Bowen and thought he was great. I haven’t seen him in years since my asthma has been stable. I called to make an appt to see him after having a COVID a month ago, since my lungs sound terrible and left me with this horrible cough. The office staff said that the rule is to wait 3 months before seeing any Covid patients. Are you kidding me? There is a reason why Dr. Bowen has such a low rating on Google. Almost every time when I went to see him, I would have to wait for at least an hour, sometimes two. When I told the front desk lady that they could have called me to let me know that Dr. Bowen was running late before I came in, she literally ignored me like I was air in front of her. I finally gave up. Worst attitude and not worthy it.
After many years any many different so called "Specialist Doctors " I prayed to find the one who could help my Mother . Prayers where answered when I found this amazing Doctor who went beyond what any one before him did from the get go he took close to 2 hours asking questions getting to the root of the problem ,finding out when my Mothers problem started then after several test he broke down a short term plan wich was tottaly new to us this really worked ! It took 8 calendar days to get a call back for a prescription. The doctor is completely MIA. This office is disorganized and understaffed. Do not come to this doctor.
