I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Bouffard and his team. They really took their time evaluating and treating me. They were able to figure out my diagnosis that was keeping me from life and work. Wonderful bedside manner. Again, I couldn’t be more appreciative for their care!
Every scheduled new Patient appointment with this Provider has been cancelled 4x By Mass Eye and Ear Hospital. Iam not sure where the blame should be although it isn't my son or me. My Son has two Tumors !
I’ve endured a steady stream of specialists for the last 30 years, and I have never encountered someone with such exceptional bedside manner as Dr Bouffard. He was so kind and calm while also thorough and knowledgeable. He was even patient and understanding when I started to pass out in his office once. I felt such quick trust in him and after many visits I was only affirmed in that. I would highly recommend him.
I read the notes that Dr. Marc A. Bouffard left about my medical history and past treatment and it was all completely incorrect. Also, he reported that my condition was questionable after it was diagnosed and treated at one of the best hospitals in New York. I nearly lost my life. Never let the VA refer veterans to him. I’m thinking of reporting this doctor now. Disgusting medical team. Mind you, he never said any of this to me on person. Stay away!
