My mom presented to the ER on 09/19/19 about 03:30. Dr. Bloom was assigned to be my mom's doctor with consent for CABG obtained on 09/19/19 at 13:09. The hospital caused a "Medical Adverse Incident" and never disclosed this fact to my mom nor myself. I found out 474 days after the event when I learned of and filed a Florida Amendment 7 demand.
