I cannot say enough about Marc and his team! Best Customer Service I have ever received. We had a fireplace issue with extensive soot damage. They understood my need to move promptly because of pending surgery to get a painting team in to handle the damage. Everything turned around within a week. I have dealt with many insurance companies in my life and have never had that level of customer care and concern. Thank you Marc and your team.
Quick and easy while also productive, learned a few things as well, Great service from the rep that helped.
Was shopping for insurance. Left messages for 6 agents, a week later only one returned my call ne he returned it six days later. So i started googling again and found this local agency. First time I called they picked up the phone and i had some quotes in less than 24 hours. They are kind, responsive and professional. Look forward to many years of dealing with them.

Highly recommend this State Farm Agency! Anytime I call needing something or help with a claim they are always on top of it! I recently had a claim with a car rental company and was given misinformation from that rental company. State Farm/Madison looked into it and found the mistake that was done by the car rental company and got it all resolved! Even got me some money back!! Madison, as well as everyone at this State Farm location is always polite, responsive, and professional. Highly recommended!!
