Went to see Dr. Swerdloff today after having terrible experiences with another neurologist. The staff and the doctor are great. The exam was absolutely comprehensive. I never felt rushed. The doctor actually listened to what I had to say. He addressed every concern I had. He also discovered an abnormality in my MRI that the previous neurologist never saw. He's permanently in my contact list.
This place is an absolute joke! The office is negligent and does not care nor have any follow up skills. I went without medicine for almost 3 weeks This medicine is absolutely critical! So much time wasted on phone calls and hold and then they never take care of it. Ridiculous-I may sue!
Went with a family member to see Dr. Marc Swerdloff and I was very impressed. We had almost no wait time to see the doctor and he spent considerable time with us. Dr Swerdloff was very knowledgeable and has a sense of humor that is comforting. This was an initial visit so I do not know the doctor very well although from my experience with him, I would recommend his services.
