I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending over $7,000 on my orthodontic treatment, I feel others should know about my experience. From the beginning, communication was consistently poor. I was repeatedly told my trays would arrive in a few weeks, yet they often took months. At one point I waited around three months. Initially, we loved the staff and Dr. Allen. But after the honeymoon was over and we had signed our contract to move forward, we have increasingly felt that our kids were not in the best hands and that this practice is stretched too thin and does not treat patients with care and respect. We cannot recommend Dr. Allen’s office.
