My roof was installed about a year ago right before winter 2025. A few months later I contacted him to let him know I was having leaks. (Yes. More than 1) He responded and told me he had knee surgery and would get back to me. Eventually, he did. We set up an appointment for him to see the leaks in March 2026. He came. He said he’d get back to me. Nothing I contact him again. He tells me again he had knee surgery I contacted him again in August and September and crickets.
Gave me an estimate and apx. Date he could do the job. It was a smaller job and I was willing to wait his time frame which has passed. He has not come back nor returned my phone calls since then. How can someone treat a senior citizen like that? I was so hopeful that he could help...even a phone call saying he was delayed or had a change of heart would have been acceptable.
