We took our kid to get help understanding his daily meltdowns, frustration intolerance, constant physical activity, and difficulties with communication. 1/ We told him that we were concerned about costs and asked that he allow us to approve any additional services beyond what would be covered by insurance. He didn't agree to this; instead made a joke. 2/ Then he conducted (or rather, billed us for) additional test/ services despite our request and without allowing us to consider the costs before moving forward with testing.
