This management company took over and after being advised of the payment for several months, that I paid up from September 23 to December 23 I had to go through so much to find receipts to prove to them that it was paid in full and they did not want to believe it so it was very much a hard time with them and now getting them to do all the repairs and change out the refrigerator according to DHCR.

The employees you hire to survey , build, and finish your property’s are the most unprofessional folks I’ve ever met. They show up at ungodly times ie. 6 am or 10:45pm with incredibly loud machinery. Loud personal music that I already contacted the county about earlier this year, and waste building supplies wherever you seem to think is fit to dump and abandon. I would be incredibly cautious at what your choices say about your larger company mission
