RecommendedThey have a great selection and the only place that i know of who cuts roller shades. I've never had any problems there. They are very busy and very good at their jobs. There are worse things in life then complaining about a curtain store.
The "manager" needs customer service training. Seriously!
I normally never write reviews unless the service was really great or extremely terrible. In this case it was Terrible customer service! The woman at the register does not know how to talk to customers. After I said something about the customer service and attitude she gave me for a return she called me back like she was going to fight me or something. Ridiculous! I rather spend more money at homegoods or bed bath and beyond then go to back to this location!!!
