If I could give one star I would. Ken, the owner, is a conartist. He installed flooring in our upstairs of our house including the stairs and the staircaps were all installed chipped and the wrong color. I called him over 10 times and he wont come out to resolve the problem. He subcontracted the job and never came back once to see the terrible quality of the work, he had no problem coming to our house though for the initial quote and sales pitch. I want you to be aware that the owner of this this company does not honor his word and kept my money! I signed a contract on Nov, 11, 2021 to have a floor installed in my home and I paid $3,850.00 down as a deposit. The floor was to be installed on January 4, 2022. My husband became gravely ill and was hospitalized. I had to cancel the installation. It is now May, 2022. My conversation over these months was with Ken Genick, the owner. They just finished my floors today and from the very start it has been complete smooth sailing hiring this company. Not only was Kenny incredibly kind and honest, but his workers were too! When he came to our home, he gave us a quote that included everything - at such a fantastic price for me and my family. The selection he brought us was amazing as well.
