Sent here for my birthday weekend. Everything was so beautiful. Great customer service. Awesome massages.
12 weeks later and I still am missing my Hilton points gift I received from Ely at check-in that I gave to the Hilton Grand Vacation Club concierge‘s desk on 6/13/25 where I also l received my Legoland private entrance pass upon check-in. Hilton Customer Support says to talk to Hilton Grand Vacation Customer Support who says to talk to the property. Very disappointing experience at otherwise what is a nice property in a great location.
Could use a little attention to the pool deck. Power wash needed.
