If I could give 10 stars I would. I received an email informing me a quilt I had ordered was out of stock, so a refund was processed. I called to doublecheck, as site was showing 1 still on hand, but understood this all happened during the Christmas/New Years break. Brett answered the phone & what amazing service I received, even though they were technically still on a break. He actually took the time to physically go into stocks to double check stock levels & got back to me the next day, still while meant to be on a break. ... read more

Purchased 2 shower curtains, a special order as extra long. These are excellent quality material with a nice subtle check pattern in the blue colour. They also have a good warm substantial feel too them, not cold and light weight. The order process was simple with quick response to communication, the curtains were made and on their way via Australia Post and delivered in 7 days. Extremely happy customers, thanks Margaret.
Great sheets, the best I've ever bought. Believe me, I've paid big money for poor bed linen in the past.
