Love this place! Marbré is such a gem in Park Slope. Their madeleines are honestly amazingly soft, buttery and so addictive. What I also love is that they use French flour. I’m pretty sensitive to gluten and usually feel it right away after eating pastries, but for some reason I never have any stomach issues here, which is a huge plus for me. Everything is delicious, the quality is great, and you can really taste the difference. One of my favorite spots in the neighborhood!
Hands down, the best madeleines I’ve ever had in NYC!!!! 💖 And as someone who is a huge fan of sweets, I can honestly say these are something special!! They are incredibly soft, moist and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! So delicate and refined, yet absolutely to die for. Every single flavor is incredible!!!
