I passed by the lovely woman owned bakery on 5th Ave today. I had to support and if you go into a bakery before 5pm and almost everything is sold out. That is a huge compliment to the baker and owner because they are making high quality demanded treats. I tried a Lemon flavored pound cake that was so light and airy I finished it in 2 mins. I also got the banana chocolate cake slice. Definitely stop by if you are in the area!

wowwwww. i had my doubts because i’ve had other madeleines before and they’ve been fine… but the fluffy texture and delicate flavors on these are next level! kinda giving if a cake donut had a baby with a pound cake
The madeleines are delicious. The owner is extremely nice. Highly recommended.
