I called to pay off a bill and my call was answered by a M**** ****. I don't know if she was having a bad day or being passive aggressive is just her norm, but I was not very fond of being talked down to when trying to ask simple questions about my account and instead of answering the question direct she started from that beginning which sounded like she was trying to belittle me for my questions. As if she thought I knew your processes as if I worked there. Maybe her customer service skills should be reevaluated....
so miss how nice BFI was. now only one trash company and they can due whatever!!!!!! occasionally have extra trash. more often than not, not all the way filled. but a few times year, Christmas, Thanksgiving a large party, or in our case freezer died. When it was BFI they would pick up the extra no problem, not Marborg. I guess when there is one trash company you get what you get.
RecommendedI have lived in my house on east side for 30 years and they have never missed a Thursday pickup. Keep up the good work, folks!

I am so upset with MarBorg. Trash trucks in front of my house at 5:30am 6 days a week. When I called and asked politely why so early I was given a rude and impolite response and told that’s the way it is!!!!
As a totally happy customer I don’t think much about it when the service I receive from MarBorg is consistently outstanding, because it’s just how MarBorg operates, they have alway beat my expectations when it comes to service. I’m grateful we have such a great waste management company in our community. I don’t have any specific incident to review about, they’re just alway nice to do business with.
