I recently had the misfortune of taking my car to Marbo Smash Repairs, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The initial quote seemed reasonable, but it definitely didn’t reflect the poor quality of work I received. The repairs themselves were subpar—the paint job was uneven, and there were noticeable gaps in the bodywork. To top it off, the staff was unhelpful and unapologetic about the poor workmanship. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Avoid Marbo Smash Repairs at all costs! If your car is sent there, you'll likely get it back in the same condition as after the accident, with no actual repairs done. The quotes are unprofessional and ridiculously low, and the staff lacks experience. If insurance suggests sending your car there, insist on a different repair shop. One-star review on Google is way too high for this place.
My insurance company took my car to Marbo Smash Repairs for a minor repair from an accident. Whilst the minor repair was fixed, I expected professional service. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to customer care and the rudeness of a particular worker at this business. They repaired my car via an NRMA claim. They did an excellent job.
Very bad experience had to go with them through my insurance nrma , will never go back again took 6 months to fix my car and still there is issue with back boot and sensor. When I took back they told me my car is Chinese brand and its rubbish car. Very racist and unprofessional. Go to them if you want your car to be more damage.
