I have used All Granite for our stone countertops over the last 15 years with great success. Recently the Stroudsburg PA yard closed the production shop and all work was transferred to the Richfield Park location. Trying to get pictures of stone slabs and sending it to clients for approval is challenging. The installers are very skilled but on the first scheduled delivery they wanted to install between 6 and 7 in the evening. I canceled that and rescheduled the install for between 11 and 1. This store is currently getting 1 star review based on the experience I've had since putting down a deposit on our countertop. After being promised a quick turnaround, and phones calls never being answered, when we finally got a delivery date, we were called at 830 at night that they wouldn't be here to install our countertop until 10pm. After the driver told me his boss would call me back about it immediately, no phone call and no plan for future delivery. Unreal.
From customer service to installation they are wonderful. Highly recommend if looking for granite.
The quartz countertop was well measured, cut to my specifications installed polished and sealed with only a short delay in scheduling. I am pleased with the results. Care was taken to protect my one of a kind cabinetry.
Process was quick and easy, installation was also quick. Turnaround from time of ,measurement to installation was very quick.
