We are pleased with the experience with the measurement and being able to select the placement of the template on the slabs. All the staff are excellent except the owner Daniel. The installation was great but when we had one issue and called Daniiel to discuss, he became defensive and would not listen, he kept talking over us. Daniel was polite and helpful when we were buying but be prepared if you have any issues. The customer service is absolutely awful, the lack of communicate is completely unacceptable . The excuses that was made during the installation was ridiculous. The prices and variety are not that great. I would never recommend this company to any. Go some place else that will appreciate your money, time. The only positive thing I can say is the installers were very nice and answered all my questions . Never recieved a follow up phone call if I was satisfied or if everything was ok.

I am absolutely in love with my Calcutta Gold Granite countertops!!! My fabricator is a true artist!!!! The movement of the granite within the top is spot on!!!! Definitely much more and better than I had expected--yes, I am very particular!!! Bravo !!!!
