My car made it safely, although the driver couldn't speak english, and left muddy shoe prints inside. Phil assured me i would receive a receipt for the transport, but after 3 weeks, nothing. Will not reply to my messages. I seriously doubt they would honor a damage claim. I would not use again.
Was looking for a auto transport from Portland Oregon to Punta Gordon, Fl. With all of the brokers out there calling and wanting me to list my car with them it was overwhelming. I spoke with Phil who made things simple. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with him, he did a full walk around and took pictures. Process was fast and very detailed. Great communication and every time I’ve called he picks right up. Definitely will use this company again.
They dispatched two cars to be delivered from Everett Washington to Bend Oregon then Bend back to Everett. The payment term was COD. Did some calls to follow up it's been 30 days until now no payment received. Different excuses every time we called for payment.
