Terrible customer service. Installed a marble slab island with a giant glue stain in the center. They told me after the first time they’d replace the slab. Three buffing attempts later they’re still wasting our time trying to “clean” it off. Over a year with this issue.
The staff at Marble Today are top notch customer service and craftsman in this trade. We had our countertops replaced. We had one delay, but due to the holidays it was understandable. Our kitchen had some difficult angles including waterfalls that needed to match the pattern in the design. Nevertheless they pulled it off first class. I highly recommend them. Working with Nick and Franco made us feel that this job was as important to them as it was to us.
Cabinets not what we ordered from Bob, cheap, off over two inches on the center island so not square, used two pieced of cheap wood for the front panel, the paint is supposed to have some Blue in it - it is just Grey - we are also supposed to have a 1" by 4" picture frame - missing. Awful work and craftsmanship - should have stayed with Wellborn Cabinets like we planned - these are horrible.
