I accidentally splattered and spilled vinegar on my marble flooring while cleaning my toilet, which left dull spots and etching on the beautiful marble. I was devastated and assumed there was no way to fix it—until I called Chris. He reassured me that the damage could be repaired, and I felt so relieved. Never used the company but their drivers were harassing someone on the road, and flipping people off! Super unprofessional and dangerous!!
Spoke with Chris about a few chips in one of our countertops. He asked me to send pictures of chipped areas to be repaired. I sent pictures. A few days later I sent another message requesting he confirm receipt of pictures and a repair estimate. He never contacted me. No chance I wish to do business with this company, Buyer beware.
We didn’t know about Marble Tec Systems when we had our countertops installed in our kitchen and I wish we did. We used another reputable company in the Denver area and a couple months in, we had a corner piece on our peninsula break off. Marble Tec came recommended by a stone vendor in the area and they were amazing. Not only did Bob and Chris fix the broken stone top, but you can’t tell it was once cracked.
